Sunday  1). 10:15AM @ WAC-- Hatha  (vigorous; members only)                                                         

               2). Noon @ LA Fitness/ Ballard-- All Levels-- Hatha (vigorous)  

     

Monday  1). 8:30 @ WAC-- Restorative and Gentle Yoga

                2). 4:30PM  @ LA Fitness-- All Levels-- Hatha


Tuesday  1). 7:00AM @ WAC-- Hatha                       

                2). 8:30AM @ LA Fitness-- All Levels-- Flow and Core


Wednesday 4:30PM @ LA Fitness-- All Levels-- Hatha

                       

Thursday      7:00AM @ WAC--  Hatha

                                                 

Friday          (Day Off!)  

                         

Saturday   1). 8:30 @ WAC-- Gentle & Restorative

                  2). 4:30PM @ LA Fitness-- Gentle & Restorative

At other times, I am available for private and semi-private (2-3 students) yoga lessons & yoga

therapy (Toolbar above for details) by appointment.  These sessions are 1- 1/1/2 hours long.
